These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LensNutra app and website (the “Service”), provided by SirVendor Inc.. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use LensNutra. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • LensNutra offers a 3-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to keep using premium features.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
  • Prices may change; we’ll give notice as required and any change applies to future billing periods.

4. Health disclaimer

LensNutra is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Calorie, macro, and health estimates are approximate. LensNutra is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code; using the Service unlawfully; interfering with its operation or security; or reselling or exploiting it without permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (such as meal photos and logs). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, sending a meal photo to our AI provider to return a nutrition estimate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SirVendor Inc. and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as the app stores, Apple Health, Health Connect, and our AI and analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SirVendor Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SirVendor Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
